Hoe vind je de juiste IFS-professional voor jou?
IFS wordt gebruikt door psychologen, therapeuten en coaches. Omdat het aantal beoefenaars steeds groter wordt, is het belangrijk om te kijken naar het IFS-trainingsniveau.
Maar alleen IFS-opleiding is niet voldoende. Ook de achtergrond van de behandelaar speelt een rol: of iemand psycholoog, therapeut of coach is, en welke specialisaties die persoon heeft, beïnvloedt de manier van werken.

Check of de hulpverlener een IFS-opleiding heeft gevolgd via het IFS Institute of erkende partners.
Achtergrond
Kijk of de professional een stevige achtergrond heeft in psychotherapie, coaching of andere relevante domeinen.
Persoonlijke match
Plan eerst een kennismakingsgesprek en vertrouw op je gevoel. Het is belangrijk dat je je veilig en begrepen voelt.
